Grand Reopening Bash
Mark your calendars! We're reopening soon.
We’ve been hard at work the last few months revamping our main exhibit hall and we’re excited to finally be able to share it! To mark the occasion, we want to celebrate with you.
Join us Saturday June 17 from 11 am to 2 pm for an afternoon of fun at our Grand Reopening Bash!
- Discover our new exhibits and learn more about them from our interpretive guides and representatives from Yukon Palaeontology.
- Treat yourself to free food from local Yukon businesses Smashed YXY, Moon Gate Bakery, and Klondike Kettle Corn.
- Enjoy live performances by singer-songwriter Remy Rodden.
- Get your face painted by Claire Ness the clown or get a balloon animal.
- Contribute to a special community craft project that will go on display at the Centre this summer.
We also have an array of other activities planned throughout the day, including special giveaways of Beringia Centre swag.
Oh, and did we mention, this event is absolutely free!
